					<description><![CDATA[I liked the article....more...I liked the cube image. It took me a while to see LOVE and HATE. What I saw first was HOLA on the top being hello in Spanish (and ALOHA if you are creative), and VOTE (go for it) and VETO (don&#039;t go for it). 
I am a business analyst with IT background and am constantly looking at why a company is putting in/doing something and what benefit it will be. In some cases the benefit is negative, but trying to identify why and communicating this is often pretty tough especially when the HYPE is high that it will solve all the problems.]]></description>
