Fonterra, New Zealand’s dairy giant, ran Project Phoenix – a technically complex programme to migrate its core SAP environment to SAP Private Cloud Edition (part of the SAP S/4HANA family), replacing legacy infrastructure with a platform intended to serve the cooperative for years to come.
Realtech was one of the partners supporting and delivering the technical SAP work behind the migration, contributing local domain knowledge and SAP expertise alongside Fonterra’s own team and other delivery partners.
The project won the Best Run SAP Intelligent ERP – Cloud category at the SAP Best Run Awards, recognising it as one of the standout SAP cloud migrations across Australia and New Zealand that year.
