Marisco Vineyards, the Marlborough winery behind the King’s Series and The Ned labels, had outgrown Xero and moved to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – but its first implementation partner left key issues unresolved, including a failed integration with business-critical application Continia and training that didn’t cover the functionality the finance team needed.
Marisco brought in Fusion5 as its new implementation partner to fix the Continia integration, roll out Business Central’s Manufacturing module and add Power BI reporting, unifying sales invoicing and inventory management into a single system the finance team could finally rely on.
“We’re now doing things in the finance modules that our previous partner told us weren’t possible,” says Derek Shelton, Chief Financial Officer at Marisco Vineyards.
