HammondCare, the Christian charity aged care provider, was running five different systems across finance, operations and residential care – with billing taking up to three days and financial claims up to two weeks across its 21 facilities.
After reviewing eight vendors over six months, HammondCare chose Epicor’s Senior Living Solution, part of the Epicor for Care suite, to bring its finance and care operations onto one platform.
The move replaced fragmented, disconnected systems with a single platform built specifically for aged care providers like HammondCare.
