Micron Alarms, the Sydney-based electronic security equipment distributor, was running legacy financial software with no inventory management, stock control, landed cost or warehouse capability – and no way to handle the kit disassembly its business depends on, since many products arrive as kits that need breaking down for individual component sales.
Jiwa business partner Austlink Plus deployed Jiwa in July 2014 with custom plug-ins for automated kit disassembly, customised interface views and automated screen loading for Micron’s most frequent tasks.
