Active Marine, one of Tasmania’s premier marine dealerships servicing boating enthusiasts since 2003, couldn’t track inventory by serial number or produce accurate job costings under its old management package – making it hard to plan and manage repairs, servicing and boat construction projects.
Active Marine upgraded to Jiwa, which tracks every inventory item by serial number and creates a job sheet for each boat that comes in, giving the team a complete picture of each job through every phase.
The upgrade has greatly enhanced Active Marine’s stock control, a benefit that flows through to both the business and its customers.
