Forman Building Systems, the Fletcher Building division and New Zealand’s largest specialist marketer and distributor of ceilings and interior wall systems, processes 150,000 transactions a year across more than 3,500 product lines out of warehouses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch – and needed materials moving out the door faster and more accurately.
First Software moved Forman onto its third-generation N2 ERP system, built on a modern SQL database, as its cloud-based ERP and ecommerce platform.
The company’s operations manager called it the smoothest implementation they’d worked on, with faster invoice and order processing, greater accuracy and improved order visibility across the supply chain.
