Chain and Rigging Supplies, which has equipped New Zealand and Pacific Island marine, transport and hardware businesses since 1982, was stuck on legacy Attache accounting software – paying monthly subscription and per-email fees, forced into 4-5 hour system shutdowns every month-end rollover, and limited to basic, expensive-to-customise reporting.
Fusion5 migrated the business onto NetSuite, giving staff the ability to build their own reports, generate and fulfil sales orders, and access customer details without waiting on IT.
“With NetSuite, there are just so many ways of doing a report and getting the information that you need. I love that,” says Jackie Edwards, Business Manager at Chain and Rigging Supplies, where 11 of the company’s 12 staff now use the system daily and can check the business from anywhere, including overseas.
