Trilogy International, the NZX and ASX-listed natural skincare and home fragrance group behind the Trilogy, ECOYA and Goodness Natural Beauty Lab brands, needed an ERP that could support rapid international expansion, outsourced manufacturing and third-party logistics without costly structural changes for 5-10 years.
Fusion5 implemented NetSuite in two phases from November 2016 – Trilogy and ECOYA New Zealand first, ECOYA Australia in February 2018 – integrating DHL, ecommerce platforms, 3PL warehouses, Shopify and Adaptive Insights for forecasting.
“NetSuite stood out… would support TIL’s growth for at least 5-10 years. NetSuite’s lower implementation costs also reduced risk,” says Russell Bailey, Project Manager at Trilogy International, where the first phase landed on time and under budget.
