The Geelong Football Club had outgrown the systems supporting its growing operations – inconsistent budgeting, planning and forecasting across business units, fragmented purchasing controls between departments, and disconnected accounting, payroll and accounts payable and receivable processes.
The club deployed NetSuite ERP OneWorld’s Financial Management Suite, along with procure-to-pay functionality and budgeting and planning modules, to bring its finance operations onto one platform.
CFO Sue Clark worked directly with NetSuite’s product team on the rollout, which gave the club company-wide visibility and a scalable financial platform to support its operations off the field.
