Beca, an employee-owned engineering and design firm headquartered in New Zealand with more than 4,000 staff across 24 offices, was held back by a decades-old finance system that kept staff tied up in manual transaction processing and report generation rather than analysing project performance for clients.

The two products are fully integrated, giving the finance team a single automated environment instead of stitching reports together by hand.
Around 1,500 employees now have self-service access to ERP analytics covering revenue, cost and profitability, and Oracle Cloud ERP has strengthened financial discipline and compliance monitoring across the business. Finance staff have shifted from routine transaction processing toward delivering the performance insights decision-makers actually need.
