Ecostore, the New Zealand-founded maker of plant-based cleaning and personal care products, was expanding rapidly across the Asia-Pacific region but found its ageing ERP system couldn’t keep pace – offering little depth in manufacturing reporting and leaving the business reacting to problems rather than spotting them in advance.
Fusion5 implemented NetSuite as Ecostore’s financial and operational backbone, connecting it to manufacturing, demand planning and third-party logistics, and adding electronic data interchange through SuiteApp partner EDIStech to link Ecostore’s New Zealand and Australian customers with its Australian 3PL provider.
“NetSuite gives us scalable live data, a cloud-based system for ease of access, and customisation capability – natively strong for nearly everything we need,” says Sarah Fox, HR Manager at Ecostore.
