Nuseed cuts operating costs 17% unifying 3 continents on NetSuite

Nuseed, the Nufarm-owned agribusiness breeding canola, sorghum and sunflower hybrid seeds for 100 countries from nine global locations, was running disconnected systems – SAP BusinessObjects, Attache accounting software, JDE EnterpriseOne and separate production tools – with no real-time visibility of data or inventory.

“We had too many non-integrated ERP systems, so we didn’t have real-time visibility of our data and inventory,” says Justin Majcher, Global Director for Business Systems and IT at Nuseed. Fusion5 rolled out NetSuite with minimal customisation across three continents over two years, spanning the US, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, the UK, Serbia, Ukraine and Russia.

“The biggest benefit to us is having all of our subsidiaries on one ERP instance that drives consistent, global processes,” says Majcher – a rollout delivered on time and on budget that cut operational costs by 17%.
