Frucor Suntory, the New Zealand beverage manufacturer, was running a 15-year-old SAP ECC6 system carrying more than 20 years of legacy tactical workarounds, with over 100 simplification issues needing to be resolved before any move to a modern platform.
DXC Technology migrated Frucor Suntory from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA in just nine months, with the cut-over itself completed in a little over three days – ahead of schedule.
The business experienced no unplanned downtime across warehouse, transport, manufacturing, sales, finance or customer support during the entire migration.
