MYOB’s own Enterprise division had accumulated more than 30 fragmented systems through a string of acquisitions – including Exonet and Greentree – alongside its newer MYOB Advanced subscription product, leaving staff manually re-keying data between ageing, poorly integrated platforms with no single source of truth for reporting.
MYOB brought in Kilimanjaro Consulting to implement MYOB Advanced itself across the Enterprise division over an 18-month programme, consolidating every ERP customer record onto one system for the first time since the Greentree acquisition.
Processing time for targeted workflows fell by 80%, opportunities can now be entered in under 60 seconds and quoted in under three minutes, and the division now saves an estimated $600,000 a year in personnel costs and $100,000 in licensing fees.
