Technical support veteran now overseeing Websense’s Asia Pacific technical account managers…
Security solutions provider Websense has appointed Charlie Chidiac as senior manager for Asia Pacific technical support services based in Sydney.
Chidiac has more than 15 years’ experience in technical support and will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by managing the Australian Websense Sydney technical support team as well as the organisation’s team of technical account managers based throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Chidiac joins Websense from Symantec Corporation where he managed the organisation’s Asia Pacific endpoint and messaging security technical support teams and was responsible for supporting Symantec enterprise customers.
Previously, at Unisys, he managed the organisation’s managed support service centre providing outsourced support to more than 20 organisations across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that he worked at Compaq where he managed several support teams across both the company’s commercial support and enterprise support services organisation.
