Telecommunications provider selects Axios Systems’ assyst solution to help manage its rapid growth…
M2 Telecommunications Group, the country’s largest network reseller of retail and wholesale fixed-line, mobile and data telecommunications services, has decided to deploy assyst, an IT service management (ITSM) solution from Axios Systems.
M2 is a fast-growing, full service telecommunications services provider incorporating the Commander and People Telecom brands.
The company says it required an ITSM solution which could cope with the requirements of its rapidly-expanding business.
“The decision to proceed with Axios Systems and the assyst product was made after considerable research into the product,” says Vaughan Bowen, managing director and CEO of M2.
“The benefits gained from implementation of the system are expected to be significant and will be seen group-wide,” he says.
