UXC Limited has signed a three-year contract with Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy to provide service desk and end user computing support services for 7,500 users across New South Wales…
The agreement also includes the option of two two-year extensions and has an estimated total value above $25 million.
UXC MD Cris Nicolli said: “Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy went through a rigorous procurement process. UXC’s ability to meet core requirements around enhanced services, delivery quality and cost reduction through innovative approaches to service delivery, demonstrated our competitiveness to win the contract.
“This multi-year contract is strategically important for UXC. Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy are significant companies in the Australian market and the contract award continues our success in winning the trust of clients over multi-year contracts, adding to our annuity services portfolio. It also provides the opportunity to support and extend the business relationship with Ausgrid and Endeavour into the future.“
UXC has been providing services to Ausgrid since 2003. Transitioning to delivery of services under the new contract has commenced.
This contract was referred to in UXC’s recent market announcement as ‘the NSW government agency contract’.
