Company continues winning run in top one percent of Microsoft Dynamics partners…

Empired and its Kiwi subsidiary, Intergen, have cemented their position as one of Microsoft’s top Dynamics partners globally, again winning inclusion in the vendor’s Inner Circle for Business Applications.

It’s the sixth time in seven years that Intergen has been included in the elite group and the third year Empired has made the cut.

And while the group has undergone a name change this year – it was previously the Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle – the concept behind it, and requirements for inclusion, haven’t changed, with the Inner Circle recognising the top one percent of Dynamics partners worldwide.

“Early insight allows us to craft our strategy with more information than we gain from our own experiences.”

Around 70 companies – out of Microsoft’s 65,000 global partners – are invited each year to join the Inner Circle, which gives them further insights to drive their Dynamics businesses higher.

Members gain early access to information about Microsoft changes in the world of business applications, new programmes and incentive and access to the Inner Circle Summit where attendees gain mix with Microsoft Dynamics executives and hear about business practices, upcoming product features and strategies to implement better solutions.

Steve Scarbrough, Intergen general manager of business applications, says access to the Inner Circle is ‘a really important outcome’ for the company.

“During the last summit, we gained insight from the product managers and partners around newer capabilities and how they were landing in the market,” Scarbrough says.

“This early insight allows us to craft our strategy with more information than we gain from our own experiences.”

Lucia Gamarra, Empired general manager of business applications, says the inclusion is great recognition on the back of ‘amazing’ client outcomes across all the Dynamics solutions Empired offers.

“The diversity of the customers we work with is a testament to our ability to solve the hardest business challenges wherever we go,” Gamarra says.

Late last year Intergen announced it had won a deal with New Zealand’s Department of Internal Affairs to help ‘reimagine’ how Kiwis access government services, providing online and mobile platforms for government services. Intergen is delivering the customer identity and access management solution to enable DIA to better understand customer identity and entitlement to services and information, with the development being on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
