To help with this, Care Options needed a highly functional enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that would integrate with existing systems to reduce double handling of data, and provide timely and accurate information to support business decisions. Based on the flexible, easy-to-use interface, use of Dimensions for client-based reporting and integration with existing payroll solution, PayGlobal, Care Options has chosen Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its preferred ERP solution.
